Q2: Is herbal tea bitter?

No, herbal tea does not contain sugar, but it is not bitter either. Our tea combination makes it not bitter. It is the flavor of the herbal tea itself or the slightly sweet taste.

 

Q3: Is herbal tea medicine?

No, herbal tea is not medicine and is not used to treat or prevent disease. It is used for health care support, toning the body and reducing the burden on the body. If you are ill or feeling unwell, we always recommend that you consult your doctor for the best treatment.

 

Q4: Does fruit tea contain sugar?

Delivery within 2 working days after placing your order(If there are public holidays such as weekends or Chinese holidays, the delivery date may be extended.If there are a holiday extension,we will always finish delivery in first working day after holiday.)

 

Q8: How Long Does Shipping Take?

3-4 working days to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan.

8-12 working days to the United States, Germany, Spain, France, Belgium, Hungary, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxembourg.

10-18 working days to UK, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Norway, Denmark, Greece, Israel, Russia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and other countries.

Q9: Can you guarantee the delivery time?

Our logistics is a stable dedicated transport channel. But as you know, there are uncontrollable factors in transport, such as customs inspection or COVID-19 prevention and control measures, so we cannot completely guarantee the delivery time. But I can tell you that our on-time delivery rate is 96% which is pretty high so you don’t need to worry too much about this.

 

Q10: How much will be the shipping cost?
As a rule, we offer free freight. If the freight will be charged or adjusted, the actual page of the website shall prevail. 

 

Q11: What can you do to help us avoiding custom tax?

Usually, we’ll declare a much lower value of your package or split it into several packages to ship. 

 

Q12: How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. With the tracking number or order number+email, you can check the tracking information of your order on the "Tracking order" page on our website.

 

Q13: How Do I Cancel An Order?

Customers can cancel their orders within 36 hours after placing them. Since we promise to ship within 48 hours(2 working days), after 36 hours the order has been processed and is most likely being shipped or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes shipping your orders out as fast as possible.

 

Q14: What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.We reserves the right to deny any return request.

If there is no problem with the product, the customer can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product if they don't like it or don't need it or for other reasons. In this case, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The independent tea bags unopened. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping cost (this includes returns).

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
