Can you guarantee the delivery time?

Will my items be sent in ONE package?
For logistical reasons, one order buys multiple quantities or multiple types of products, which are sometimes sent in separate packages. Even for separate packages, we ship them all together at the same time for the same order, so they will all be delivered to you at the same time.
